Is this normal? (relations/clubs)

Thanks, I guess I should rather play the guy. I'm almost certain that I did make successful interactions before, when playing the non-famous sim, but you guys might be right in that those two already had met and that the famous sim was the one to initiate the first contact. That must have been the case for the brother that she can call despite no relation, too.

Still confused with the shopping cart over the head of that club's leader. I never invited a club to hang out on a non member's lot before, so I don't know if that should even be possible - if it's a glitch (related to fame perhaps) the cart symbol might be a glitch also. I would raher see a club crown over his head than a shopping cart, LOL.
