Island Living Fallout

Sulani is AMAZING and I'd rebuy it just for the new world. BUT I found gameplay extremely lacking. There's a short answer for you.

I'm actually really digging this expansion. I've ended up moving all my sims to Sulani and created a little community. I love my mermaid sims and how it's easier to pass the occult trait on genetically.

Although I love Mermaids, I feel they're lacking here. Dont get me wrong, they're way better than Sims 3 ones! I just wish there were more powers, baby crib, transformation animation, sit on rock in water animation, and of course the biggest one - no underwater gameplay. I think that's my issue with it, that's why it feels so "shallow". If there were an underwater lot, even just one, where mermaids and divers could swim, interact, and potentially live (eat fish, sleep on rocks/sea bed, etc) itd be FANTASTIC. Honestly, I'd pay for extra underwater pack for my mermaids. I think you should get it, but on sale, I feel it's not worth the 55$ CAD I paid, but I couldn't wait to have mermaids.

I wasn't very excited about this pack initially. I don't like sunny beaches in real life, so I wasn't looking forward to playing on them in the game. And I was disappointed that Sims couldn't swim underwater. But in the end, I'm very happy that I bought this pack. I actually use it a lot. And when I'm really stressed out, it's very relaxing to watch my super-fit mermaids and mermen glide through the water.

I really like the pack, and use it a lot. I have a conservationists in my game, and like the career. I haven't played with mermaids yet, but I will eventually. It is actually my most used world.
