Some on reddit said you can scuba dive in the open water. I know that’s not deep sea diving which is probably what this means (like the adventures dogs go on I assume). But you can dive under it. Also to add we had deep sea in sims 3 because you couldn’t see anything above water. It’s so clear now that we don’t really need it to see the beautiful water and coral reefs.

Also to add we had deep sea in sims 3 because you couldn’t see anything above water. It’s so clear now that we don’t really need it to see the beautiful water and coral reefs.

I don know exactly how it works since i haven’t seen it but in her post giuletta said sims will be able to scuba dive at designated lots with buoys the buoys are rabbit holes then when you click on the buoy you can purchase gear purchase a camera or go spear fishing

Disappointed with the toddler/child not showing signs of mermaids (time for CC!), but these powers are awesome, and what I expect out of a mermaid (siren)! :smiley:

Ah the person on Reddit said the buoy was saying it was too shallow so I assumed you could dive. I think with snorkeling you can go underwater briefly or take a dive under though which will still be cool. Like I said we had dive lots in sims 3 and on the surface of the water you couldn’t see anything. This time you can see it all with no extra lots required. Guys imagine snorkeling in first person camera. That’s going to be beautiful. Still a little sad about scuba diving but the snorkeling alone will be cool this time.

This one is weird. Do you mean it somehow skips the season or there is no Winter weather?

I'm SO happy that Mermaids actually have "powers"! I thought they were lame in TS3, and I was watching a mod for TS4 that allowed Mermaids to drown Sims, but here we are! >:)
