I prefer Sulani to Mt. Komorebi. It's more unique and immersive, and you can tell that they put more thought into it. They're both pretty boring, but Sulani is more uniquely boring.
As a pack, Snowy Escape offers more. I like taking my sims to the mountain to train in sports, which is something we've been seriously lacking in. There's stuff to keep you busy. I'm sure my opinion might change once the newness wears off, but since I like my sims engaging in sports and stuff, it has a leg up for me.
