Issue with Townies not spawning (FIXED)

Hi, so in one of my save files, for some reason, no townies spawn in venues, and no Sims that are invited over arrive at my house. The issue is only in this one save file, the others in my game are fine, and I have no idea what to do :D I play with mods and very little CC

    I actually managed to figure out the problem :D There was a setting in MCCC that was the maximum amount of Sims to spawn in an area. My house has 30 Sims in it, the number in the setting was only 20. I just upped the number and they came back :D Thank you for your comment, though :)
