I'm not sure if this is a bug or I just keep pissing my employees off somehow (despite praises & raises?!) but every time I open my restaurant I have to hire new sims. The little orange triangle with the exclamation point always appears on the "manage employees" button whenever my sim leaves the restaurant that they own. Did they quit? Is it me? Is it the game? I'm L O S T.
