Yes, and yes. Fortunately, my homeless shelter is a community space so all I had to do was switch to one of the sub lots. The sub lots were still intact, so I made copies of the damaged rooms and replaced them. But there is no way I'm traveling anywhere again until I repeal Sharing is Caring. :#
*The problem might also be the recycler trait. I won't know for sure until it's repealed.
