I agree, TS4's build mode is the worst in the series, for a 2014 game now in 2017. It's too stiff, it doesn't let you landscape, the flexibility of foundations, colouring, and house shaping is a disaster and there are not enough windows, doors, etc. The architecture styles are also not as extent as they should be there's only a handful of things to work with. I hope that these get back to how they were with TS5.
