Journey to Batuu is on sale! Should I buy it? As silly as it sounds, there's a hairstyle I really want.

I would say get it if you have a genuine interest in the gameplay and believe that SW content will find a place in your playstyle. Me personally, just liking one hairstyle in a pack I dont care much about isnt enough for me to justify buying it, especially when (if you're on pc and like cc) I can find a decent cc lookalike and download it for free.
