Judith Ward's house

I saw on the livestream they showed us the backyard of Judith Ward's house and there is a park of some sort that you can sit and overlook the city. Will this be available to anyone or just the owners of the house? That will be annoying if we can't keep random sims from coming in the backyard of our superstar celebrity house.

    Hard to tell. The gardens are not part of the buildable space so not sure if other sims have access to that or not.
    Looks like there are two sets of stairs to get to the garden section. Might need to add a fence to keep out stray sims.

    I personally don't care that it's not part of the buildable space, I am more annoyed that random sims can come and sit at the gardens since it's a community area although it's technically in the backyard. It's ridiculous if that is a celebrity house and can't secure and keep out the civilians. I hope I am wrong.

    It's really annoying it's not apart of the buildable space. I think on one of the other mentions as well you have to contend with that large class fenced walkway.
