I don't know about these new CAS Starter Sims, they looks like generic random NPC.

Mine are all the same. Sad to say they are not , in my game, dressed better. I haven't even got ones that look like the ones shown. Which is a bit of a disappointment. Also they are supposed to be in the gallery and I presume with their names which would make them easier to find.
