July Patch Speculation 2019 (Coming July 16th) (Now Released)

Normally I'd wait till close to a new month but I want the gurus to see this so maybe they have time to implement these fixes. This is what I'm hoping to see fixed. From the June Update Brok...

These issues described shouldn’t be fixed in July, they should be fixed much sooner as the game is in such a bad state right now.
