In the UK the Patch is downloadable from 4 in the afternoon on the 16th July when I checked the times and not 6 or 7 pm as usual. I suppose EA are worrying about an overload of the servers as the consoles are getting their new packs later on that day.

Where does it say when you can download the patch?
I recall them making patches available for download at like 1pm EST and also at 6pm EST in some cases. You do what you want when you're poppin' I guess lol
