July Patch Speculation 2021 (Emergency Patch Is Out)

Making this early cause we now know Cottage Living is releasing July 22nd. This will be a big update. One thing I'm expecting is the pond tool. Hoping we get cars in the July update and more pool item...

Is it true that with the new update notebook entries will have an effect on what our Sims can do? Currently, it's just giving us detailed information on plants, fish (and other stuff) they know about.
