July Patch Speculation 2021 (Emergency Patch Is Out)

Making this early cause we now know Cottage Living is releasing July 22nd. This will be a big update. One thing I'm expecting is the pond tool. Hoping we get cars in the July update and more pool item...

This is a huge list! The clear floors, blue roads in Eco Lifestyle, and failing grades in University were really holding my sims back! So glad to see them addressed.
