July Patch Speculation 2021 (Emergency Patch Is Out)

Making this early cause we now know Cottage Living is releasing July 22nd. This will be a big update. One thing I'm expecting is the pond tool. Hoping we get cars in the July update and more pool items.

19:00 CEST for Europe, I think. No idea for other timezones.

10 am Pacific 1pm Eastern for the US.

Well either the patch comes out at 1pm Central time (2pm Eastern time, 7pm in the UK) or its not coming today. Unless I'm a derp and it just didn't work the first time I tried...but I'm also not seeing anything about it.
