I would choose Jungle Adventure easily out of those three. Even though it's technically a vacation world, I love to just take my Sims to Selvadorada for the day sometimes. The jungle is absolutely amazing and one of the things I like about this pack is that there are some actual challenges and danger. There are a lot of deadly and poisonous bugs in the jungle, so it's good to stock up on some of the merchandise that the table vendors have in town. (Or don't, if you like to take risks. ;) ) Not all areas can be explored in one visit though, so there is always reason to return.
Archaeology is an awesome skill and you can find all kinds of treasure as you excavate dirt piles. Some of the treasures have mystical properties and a variety of curses or effects. There's also new foods and new dances you can learn with the Selvadoradan culture skill. And some new collectibles. It works really well with the supplies from Outdoor Retreat, so if you have the tents, you can camp out in the dangerous jungle.
The temple itself has five different layouts so again, the pack is reusable because it will take at least five visits to see them all. I like the traps in the temple but I do wish they had been a little more dangerous. I tend to randomly select which of my Sims try out a trap to bring more risk, but they can also be figured out fairly easily if you want to breeze through the temple. You'll want to bring skilled Sims, though. Certain skills like Logic could be important to solving a trap puzzle.
In general I think it's a pretty solid pack, it's gorgeous, and engaging. I don't have anything bad to say about it. <3
