I don't own a lot of the packs that I'm not interested in, so unfortunately I can't rank Eco Lifestyle or My First Pet Stuff. I imagine My First Pet Stuff would be the lowest on my list.
I actually enjoy MFPS -- caring for the small animals helps build Responsibility (if you have Parenthood installed) though I wish there was a way for Responsibility to take a hit if the parents have to do the work. :| And one of my favorite coffee tables is from that pack, so it's sort of in the middle of the pack.
