I'm gonna say Sims 4 just because of CAS and build mode... Content-wise I think Sims 2 is definitely the best one but the graphics are quite awful (which is understandable because Sims 2 is 14 years old)

Sims 3 had its moments but it just didn't work properly so I kinda lost interest in it. Also, I don't really like the clothes and such in Sims 2 and 3 because the early 2000s fashion just isn't really my thing.

I also like Sims Medieval but it gets boring and repetitive after a while.
