If there's something I want and it's well executed I'm interested in getting it. Of course it depends on the price too. I can wait for a sale or don't buy it at all if I think it costs too much.

I say YAY, but of course it also depends on both content and price. I'm saying yay to the concept. I think it's an interesting idea with smaller packs with more extreme or quirky stuff, or for a very specific trend or lifestyle. This way we can choose what we want in our games, instead of adding tons of far fetched stuff (like dust rabbits that basically seems like a fun feature, but perhaps depends on gaming style) to everyone's game, the bigger packs can focus more on core features - hopefully with deeper gameplay, too.
I've always bought packs I wanted, and skipped packs I wanted less. My game is already bursting with content, I find it good to be allowed to be even more selective in the future. I will grab some, and skip some. Those grabbing all packs might not share my POW lol.
Yes, I kinda like the idea that we can choose  I have a lot of stuff in my game and I'm sure I don't know every item in build/buy or use every item, so being able to choose what I want to have in my game is nice. When I buy a bigger pack I often get items that I'm not going to use. Sometimes I may end up using them later, but that doesn't always happen. At this point I mainly want more gameplay and gameplay items.
