The Children theme kits could be combined in a new EP for kids featuring an update on skills and skills training from adults (Adult occults training their youth.) I'm not interested in the children's themes unless the gameplay advances their skills through adult mentoring in a new way.
I like Sunrooms and Porches for build/buy/gardening and hobbies DLC.
I like Boho Surfer Bungalow for Sulani build/buy DLC
Honestly none of these would be new and refreshing gameplay for me if I had to choose and pay. Most of these ideas are all extensions of what the game has already offered within the last 10 yrs.
The Luxury Yurt idea could have been added to Outdoor Retreat right away. I want Van Life even more for it's unique gameplay that it could offer to the game with the hint or hope of vehicles more than Luxury Yurt.
I missed that survey about packs, but saw a discussion about it on steam and Van Life caught my eye too, would love that one, and the retro 80/90s themed one.

It feels like EA is still creating a well rounded base game right now with this new EP.
L&D should have been in the base game 8-10 yrs ago in my opinion.
