We all play this game differently; for some people, the game is about creating fictional but realistic lives, the not-so-fun parts included. That might not be your style of play, but it doesn't make it stupid.

For the record I am the primary laundrer in my house, and have been for decades. I even laundered my children's cloth diapers. I handwash fine laundry and soak woollens in a laundry tub. My laundry is done in stacked front loaders. They're on the small side, though, because our basement stairs are very narrow, so that's more laundry. Until very recently (now that most of the kids have moved out), that meant daily laundry. I hang most clothes to dry. And I'm looking forward to the laundry pack and voted for it.

We aren't all you. But that doesn't make us lesser people.
