The appeal is that is is not the same "ooh and ahh" like someone involved in game changers are known for. He can totally hate something, but still give the basic gameplay elements of any pack. His opinion here was that it gave a little life back to the game, even for a short time. You still have to like the sims 4 limitations, which many still dislike.
So can the game changers they don't have to sit there and say its the best pack ever. - I love Clint.
I'm really glad he is having fun with Seasons.
I started playing The Sims with the original release (I'm old) so I get where he (and some of you on the forum) are coming from with some of the changes and omissions to this version of The Sims franchise. All in all though I feel like The Sims 4 can still be something I find enjoyable, and I definitely agree that Seasons refreshed some things for me.
(Not so) patiently awaiting the next pack of game changing goodies already. - Let's please stop casting aspersions.
An aspersion is a disparaging remark. It almost invariably appears as a plural, following the word "cast" — when you cast aspersions on someone, you are questioning their abilities or doubting them.
This is what gets people warned or banned and inevitably gets threads closed. - LadyKyn7 years agoSeasoned ScoutI figued he'd like Seasons it's always one of his favorite additions to a Sim series since Sims 2. Surprised he didn't go into a bit more detail with the pack, but he is definitely right with this pack just being more alive with the effect of weather and everything else in addition to it. Definitely see it as the top expansion pack out of the bunch that's really fleshed out. From favorites ot least favorites definitely my top one right now. :smile:

They are excited to have the game early can you blame them? But I have seen them be honest and say if they really don't like a pack to. So in my honest opinion you can trust their reviews. I like LGR he is funny with his reviews that is the appeal of his reviews.
@pepperjax1230
I know they could, but so far from what I have seen, I trust reviews done by people who are not involved in that program more just based on the impressions given off. The game changer reviews that I had seen so far were too much squealing and not enough critiquing about the pack. The reviews I have seen of those not involved with the program have a more critique-type style which means I trust them more.
As for his review, it did not change my opinion on the pack. I still refuse to purchase until after bugs are fixed and I always wait 3 to 6 months in hope for a sale too. The bugs introduced with the last patch made the game unplayable for me. I play video games to relax, not to be annoyed and frustrated with bugs or glitches introduced by any code introduced by an update preparing for new DLC. - DeniseNJazzy7 years agoNew SpectatorNow that was a really good review. I could hear the sincerity, and this was based nothing but from his honest opinion of the EP.
