(L&D) Interesting find (maybe)

I've read that comic! It's hilarious in a morbid way. 😆💀

There are a lot of Poe references in the pack for sure! When it comes to the macabre and goth culture, Poe is almost always referenced. Lenore is also the name of the lost love in the poem The Raven. (I can actually recite that poem in its entirety, was on my personal bucket list. 😁) 

Here's an excerpt (punctuation is probably off from the original, plus the forums is spacing it for me for some reason so I improvised from memory): 

"Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December
and each separate, dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor.

Eagerly I wished the morrow, vainly I had sought to borrow
 from my books surcease of sorrow; sorrow for the lost Lenore;

For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name Lenore;
Nameless here for evermore."
