I assume we would need to travel to the park which makes no sense. I wish they stopped doing this it's actually very annoying and immersion breaking.

I agree, and it doesn't usually work very well with having sims walking around the area either. I hope that sims will actually spawn at the amusement park and walk around.

yeah i don't like how they keep making all these shell towns id really rather smaller towns with less shells

like having more lots does not particularily help me when they're never where id like them to be

The building with the green awning appears to be some sort of rabbit hole restaurant in the trailer. There are tables outside, maybe it's another bubble tea shop. We've had enough realistic looking shell buildings but without much, if any, gameplay attached to them. I think they make them very realistic because they put them right in the town center and sims can go near them. Would be nice to have some apartments too, not just lots.

If this is the real world we can make our own high school lots but they won't have a football field seeing as we can't edit the playable area outside our lots to add the football field in. Looks like Copperdale high is getting an instant bulldoze to be replaced with the high school I made so it has a football field.

The one by the bubble tea is definitely a shell with a possible walk up window to order things like in Tartosa. It can be seen in the trailer and the windows are opaque. The other one, I did not see at all in the trailer and I am wishing so hard that those are apartments.

It looks like the football field is off lot outside of the school if you look close

I really hope this is real as it means that that high schools will be really interactive and not just another rabbit hole and would be a new lot trait which means we can probably build a school in any world.

I wonder why this pack has so many leaks surrounding it ??

If those are apartments in Copperdale. I hope it's 3+ bedroom apartments for larger families. The apartments in Eco Living is for smaller households. I know apartments were suppose to be the draw for City Living but I would like to see more apartments or even some duplexes.
