1. I prefer to think of masculinity and femininity as social constructs that exist on a continuum, rather than as binary opposites. Dictionary.com defines masculine as "having qualities traditionally ascribed to men, as strength and boldness." This definition bothers me, as I believe people who exist anywhere on the masculinity to femininity continuum can be strong and bold. Honestly, I think "masculine" and "feminine" are old-fashioned constructs that may not be very helpful to modern people.
2. With that said, I do play Sims who would consider themselves very masculine, including a family of brothers. Those Sim brothers enjoy martial arts, camping, running, singing, eating, cooking, sports, and talking and playing with their brothers. The astronaut loves chess.
3. The family I referenced above has game careers and custom careers that include secret agent, astronaut, fire fighter, and athlete.
4. This family enjoys wearing outfits that would be considered silly and stereotypical. For example, the fire fighter wears a firefighting outfit all day, every day.
5. I've never really thought about it. I probably wouldn't bother with it for this family. Body hair could be fun for my animal Sims, like my wolf Sim.
