With decorative gardens I mainly meant the non-interactive stuff. It would need a whole household of expert gardeners to tend a large lot full of the plants that you can actually grow, evolve and maintain :') A family greenhouse business :D
Edit: Would anyone want to share pictures of their gardens in TS4? Would be lovely to see the possibilities and varieties :)
