Listen. I have stood up for the SimGurus for the past several months. After all, they have limited employees and resources, and I wanted to be one someday. However, this... this is the last straw. I’m sorry, but I won’t justify your errors anymore, SimGurus.
The simmers want more content, yet the flow has been incredibly... dry. At first, I said that it takes a lot of time and effort to make a game, but to find out they were completely sidetracked with their Alexa thing (and majority of us don’t even have Alexa)... it disappoints me, to say the least.
At this point, I feel like the company cares more about money than fans. Watching the streams used to feel like hanging out with my best friends. Now, it just feels like watching an extremely long ad.
SimGurus, if you’re reading this, just know that I’m sorry, but... I’m going to search for something better in terms of future careers. I’m considering being self-employed and making my own game. It probably won’t be as good as the Sims series (I’m only one person after all), but hopefully I can support myself... and make others happy in the process.
