I was wondering this as well. Not just because I want swimmable water everwhere-- which I do!-- but also because it would be an interesting opportunity to have moodlets tied to the neighborhood's water eco footprint. Like, a negative moodlet for swimming in an area with poor water quality, and a positive moodlet for swimming in pristine water.


I thought about this! I wanted that also. But they didn't mention it so I'm thinking the answer is no ?
