Life & Death: How Broken Is It?

i bought the  new Life and death pack.  Then read about the issues about apartments the other day.   I was having festival overlapping before buying Life and Death, but I was not experiencing the lag that I am in San Myshuno now.  I was playing a couple of male single Sims in a San Myshuno apartment after Lovestruck came out ( sending them on dates ), and was having no lag issues.  Then during the Reaper event I was playing a couple of female sims in Glimmerbrook ( a residential ) and was having no problems with lag.   After the patches for Life and Death I was playing an adult male/female couple in Henford on Bagley with no issues with lag.  After purchasing Life and Death, I kept playing My HOB couple ( they have a dog, cow, several chickens, a fishing pond, and a good size green house ) and the only problem I was having was that once the dog got stuck in the ground.   I  saved got out of the game and went back in and that fixed that.  About 8 hour ago or so,  ( November 13, 2024 ) I decided to make a new ‘save as’’, got out of the game closed it and then restarted it, went into tha ‘save as’ and tried to play my single male sims  in San Myshuno ( I heard about the apartment problems ).  Sure enough there were over lapping festival grounds again,  but this time I had extensive  lag, with my San Myshuno singles ( only 2 guys ), my game started not responding sometimes and I had Valentine’s Day, so I sent one on a date, out of San Myshuno ( the lag for them was still pretty bad ).  Their last date had been a gold, I only managed a bronze out of this one.  I with try my HOB couple next time I play and see if there is lag there now.    The lag was so bad I did not enjoy playing. I’m hoping they fix this soon, hopefully when they update taking off the reaper event ( which by the way was pretty bug free for me, I’m on a good hybrid Asus gaming laptop from 2018 , no SSD, no Mods, no CC,  I own all packs and kits ).but I have not been having problems normally, except my NPC at Copperdale Bubble tea not showing up behind the counter ). I hope the lag is a quick fix…
