If it's just with this pack, what happens when you leave Mt. Komorebi and go home? Does you sim forget everything? Do they suddenly remember everything if the return to Mt. Komorebi? I really hope it's a patch feature.
I hope so too. I have a feeling, though, that if it's tied to the pack, no matter what, people are going to be angry. It will also probably be buggy (though I hope not). I have a feeling that anyone who's expecting a fundamental change to the sims and they way they act and interact are going to be disappointed.
I'm keeping my expectations in check. I'm looking forward to the live stream and seeing how it actually works.

It's not really a sims personality overhaul if it only affects sims in one world. It needs to be in the pre-patch.
I agree with what Dannydanbo said about personality overhaul. The personality overhaul needs to be in the patch for better performance if all the sims in the game are getting a personality overhaul. The reason why I say this is because the game randomly spawns sims. And their personality needs to be overhauled too. Otherwise it could cause conflict between game codes which is basically what bugs in a game are.
