If it’ll be patched into the base game, my fear is it will be randomly generated for everyone. Like the hot and cold weather outfits.
The answer to that is to edit every premade manually via Manage Households before starting the career. I do this for outfits in a base save and start fresh games from that to save myself doing it every time. I'd do the same with this.
