List of climates for each world?
My Google-fu has failed me. What are the climates for each region?

The Wiki says it's Tokyo, New York City, and San Francisco. With that mix - it is hard to say but I would think Blizzards would be very rare. It does get all 4 Seasons in game - but Blizzards do seem rare. But it snows.
