The smallest house I ever used was 4x6 tiles, so 24 tiles in total, for a single Sim. It was for the earn 1 000 000§ and ... For a 3 Sims household I managed to play in a 32 tile home, on the limit of the smallest tiny house. It was doable but some use of moo was needed.
That candle is the one I like to use. Is your house offgrid?
Some of these homes are so much glitchier than others. I am trying to figure out how all this works. The glitches and lack of glitches surprise me
