Blasphemy! Everyone knows the green diamond is the Sims' TRUE Lord and Savior!

I’ve always thought of the llama as something worshiped by the Sims. A symbol they truly believe is there, but have never actually had any physical proof of.

How dare any of you say the plumbob is the rightful overlord. Everyone give your respect to our lord and savior Llama.

@GoddessSims They actually were referenced in the first game. Remember when you'd try to call someone on the phone to come over but their excuse was 'I need to feed my pet Llama.'

If memory serves me right, I think one of the first downloadable objects for Sims 1 was a llama shaped hedge or something. xD

It was their company mascot. Here's an excerpt from an interview with Will Wright:
