Logic skill bugged?
My sim is a Scientist at level 5, he is only at logic skill level 3. When I direct him to read the skill book (volum 2), he reads but there is no skill building icon above his head, and the skill bar ...

But honestly, learning skills that way is a big waste of time. I'm actually surprised your sim is already at level 5 of the scientist career, but only at level 3 of the logic skill. Accompany him to work, use the science equipment at the lab, play some chess, and you'll get there much faster than by reading skill books.
Thanks, but this sim is just a distant character, not a sim I focus a lot on. Besides, he is very old, and will probably soon pass away...
