It's true that Sulani stays in it's "prettiest" form once it's cleaned up, but if a legacy player wanted to play through the Conservationist career again in a later generation, they absolutely could. There's always trash to be picked up and crabby Sims to scare off. As far as the trendsetters go, this is true. I'm not sure if there would be some kind of shift in style if you did the trendsetter career again in a later generation. That would add a dash of realism though, as trends do tend to change as time passes, while some things just stay classic.
