Looking for chain-link fence seen in Del Sol Valley (pic included)

I can't find the fence in build mode and I looked in debug by showing hidden objects. I see the wired fence in the regular build mode but not the one without it. I need this fence and a door gate ...

OK. I'm surprise it's not in the game and not even in debug mode. I just finished repairing my game thinking I was missing some files or something. lol Well, I would like this chain-link fence in the game with a 1 or 2 tile door. I did use that police station gate for what I'm trying to accomplish in the meantime.
