Sorry @Cinebar I just went into your thread to see if you had anything new to offer but it was just the same as usual. I had put you on ignore so won't answer any replies. Good luck for Sims 5 though. :)
Why would you even say that? She started this thread and is entitled to her opinion. The title very clearly informs you of the context. A couple of days ago you posted about the criticism on the forum yet here you are again in a thread clearly meant to be critical. There are plenty of game-play threads started and getting few responses because everyone flocks to the critical threads and can't help but try to refute or rebut whatever opinion the OP is presenting.
On Topic: I won't say I'm actually looking forward to the end but I'm ready for my game to be complete. And by complete I don't mean game mechanics but content that we had by this time in previous versions. Specifically University and Witches. I'm also ready for mod updates to be a thing of past and I'm looking forward to trying out all the awesome custom content and gameplay mods.
The bolded part above I can certainly get behind. I hope the next iteration doesn't do monthly patches, because that has been a pain for modders and anyone who uses their mods. A lot of modders got burnt out simply because of the frequency of patches.
I also think I would like to see this iteration wind down because I am tired of waiting for all the usual content to be in the game, University, the rest of the supernaturals, I am tired of waiting for them. I wish we could get it and be done with it. That is a bit frustrating.
