Looks like Dine Out and Romantic Garden Stuff are the next DLC?

I was building a home last night, and when I was adding the Vampire Pack filter in buy mode, I noticed there were grayed out filters for Dine out and Romantic Garden Stuff. So I am assuming these are ...
