I completed the event's 4th week. Rachel and Dave worked together to do the quests themselves, and they collected the basic rewards. Here are a few pics from the ending of the event.
Yes, with due consideration, my sims did turn Marina in. I felt her motives for the theft were greedy and self-centered. She was no Robin Hood, giving to the poor! Besides, she gave my couple a merry chase with all her shenanigans. 😆
But I let Rosalina in my Ondarion family wear the new event outfits.

The envoy's motives being selfish was exactly my reasoning to report her, too! It wasn't much of a dilemma. (Meanwhile my villain sims would also have reported her, because the "offer" she made was so much in her favor that it was laughable.)
