I have seen serveral reviews so far and I am dissapointed about the following:
- too few options for dates. The new pack added walking trails but not date activity to go for a walk. This is the third world with some kind of walking path (others are mt. Komorebi and San Seqouia) and it would make a for a very romantic relaxing moment. Other activities that would make sense for a date would be bowling, horse riding, going to the fair (ferris wheel and rides in Copperdale)
- release axlotl should be available from inventory. I don't mind if we can't earn money but it should be possible to clear them out of the inventory without having to look for a spawner in the new world. I do like that they are breedable, just like frogs
- no turn ons and offs for occult lifestates. The team remembered to allow players who don't like occults to disable them from cupids corner if they want. Why not also consider simmers who do like occults and add them to turn ons and turn offs. (I already mentioned this in another post but I can't find it anymore because of the way this forum is organised)
- no turn ons and offs for tatoos.
- The hotel rabbit hole: I understand how it fits into the pack but honestly to those who want playable hotels it feels like a 'we are never gonna bother to add real hotels' message
- The picnic blanket being limited to two persons. It would have been nice if more persons could use it for a simple picnic.
- a gap between lots and the street or sidewalk. In a suburban setting, it would be nice if the lot reaches the pavement so we can maka a proper path from the sidewalk to the house
- New fitness eqiupment: instead of new looks for the existing equipment it would have been nice to actually get a new equipment: like a cross trainer or the dumbells that were shown in the promo art
- profiles pictures you take for cupids corner can fail because of low photography skill. This is just annoying.

I don't like much the application interface. I never know which application to use for what, always need to read the tooltips. It was more straight forward with the text menu.

Having finished now with my world building, I started to actually play the game today. I got my teen sim to do the romantic date event, her boyfriend never came round (it was at her house) so the date just ended. He stood her up???
I detest how the phone app has been edited. Is it just me or are the options spaced so much wider apart? And the things I would choose less frequently, such as 'volunteer' are one of the first options, whereas if I want to 'travel' I have to scroll right down. Same as taking photos now. I use the phone camera so much more than stuff like the social bunny etc and yet I have to go to the second phone page to access it and then scroll right down to the bottom for 'take photo'. Am I the only one it irritates?

It's been like that for ages with apartments, university housing etc. I find it so annoying and it 'seems' like it wouldn't be too hard to fix, I have no idea why it hasn't been done yet.

I was looking at the new world and it looks so much like the world from For Rent. Ok I'm ready to have a world like Miami or Greece and be able to own a second home.

Overall I like the romance system. I do think it adds some depth and autonomy. I like that my Sim can be asked on dates and receive invitations from their partners. BUT, I'm hoping someone mods out the asking to move in interaction.
My Sim's partner has asked to move in with him into his tiny apartment when she has a teenager. Then she gets hurt sentiments when told now is not the right time.

It did rain a lot in my game as well, but it was autumn so I thought rain was rather normal occurrence for that time of the year.

I agree because the Sims never started out on realism but as a parody of RL and now it turned into a simulation of realism and not one's dream of how they wish to play the game.

I see negativity as feedback and not a minus depending on how it said and done.
