Yep, most of the sims are uploaded to the Gallery straight after creation without using the Story feature...
Mine singles are still unuploaded because I plan to give them skills and career as well.
It does pull in sims in your save and it does exclude sims with a partner, but if you haven't created a lot of sims, these won't be common. I have about 1,000 sims and I still see a few randomly generated sims amongst the ones I've made.

ha! 🤣 I guess we must resort to play with these mods to be fully sorted out😅

I have another unmentionable mod that would have been a better option as well. 🙂

All dating options from gallery are unemployed, not wealthy and no dating preference. I sure that was not the intention. I wish there was an option to use dating candidates (not married or coupled unless you put them on the app) from your save and/or sims you downloaded from the gallery to you library/ tray. Like mc command center tray population would have been a better idea.

I am just giving an update that I am disabling this pack and probably never turning it on again unless this is changed. This is completely ruining lots. Kids are no longer spawning at parks, sims don't show up to the gym to work out. Instead the game is spawning adult couples everywhere.
Don't buy this pack if like me loved meeting sims at different lots, that are relevant to the actual lots, you know, sims like Summer Holiday or Dina Caliente. This pack completely destroys it!

I'm so disappointed in this pack for the reason I seen someone else comment the turn on/turn off system was just so poorly done besides hair where are the physical turns ons/turn offs.
Why can't my Sims be turned on/off by things like fitness, body hair, age, makeup, tattoos, eye colors, facial hair it's the entire reason I have been asking for this exact expansion on these forums for years and they give it to us without these turn on.
Did they think something like eye color meh, Sim has a blue shirt oh baby?
Why must the packs always fall short this could have been a good pack had they just added these very basic turns ons but they just did not even though many people over the last 10 years have begged for them to be added we loved them in Sims 2.
It's like High School Years had they just went a little deeper in sports game play and added things to do while your Sims were sitting in class the expansion could have been amazing but something very important is always cut out.
First pack in over a year I was interested in just for it to be another pack I don't care to buy because the game play I want is not there. Sad to see Sims 4 just refusing to get better this pack could have wowed us but nope.

The fact that occults are not included in the TOTO system is -quite frankly- sad. I would expect an EP to expand on supernatural love too.
Oh you seriously thought they would allow people to be turned off by vampires? SMH. Have you even heard of the National Organization for Vampires? . . . Oh, you haven't? Well, trust me they have a powerful lobby here in the U.S. There'd be boycotts, shaming. EA doesn't want that.

I noticed after buying the pack that EA/Maxis have added new NPC's that spawn on lots that looks like they are couples hanging out and doing interactions like sitting on a park bench and cloud gazing.
The problem is that they spawn way too often, in way too large numbers and also on lots where they don't have any business being like a gym. If there are no park benches then they will just stand around doing nothing.
Very annoying, now I have to hope that a modder will do something about this.

The world is so empty and dull, but what really bugged me this time was the lack of attractions. Sights to see. We have a few, but they're few and far between, and not that exciting. And we don't have any special interactions with them, besides looking at them. You don't even have unique couple interactions where you can look at them together; no holding hands while looking at the lake, no mimicking the pose of the couple on the wall. You can't even get the sims to stand side by side half the time, even with View Together.
The pack really feels low-budget. A lot content is recycled from other packs, and we're still missing a ton of elements. The dating system is still very flawed, only now it has slightly different flaws you can choose from. The Cupid's Corner app is impressive for its range, being able to pull from the Gallery, but it's so barebones and it's pretty much on par with most of the free dating app mods we have. (I know console players don't have access to mods. But they still deserve better than this.) Features come into conflict with things from other packs. Heck, the features come into conflict with other features in this same pack. It's so weird that we're paying $40 ($55+ CAD) for this. You can get really good, stand-alone games for similar prices. But for the Sims, we get Expansion Packs that need to recycle or reskin a ton of content we already have, with diminishing turns each time. I know the Sims is more complex than other games, and the packs need to account for other packs (which they don't do half the time anyway), but I can't help but feel disappointed.

I am really having a hard time in liking this forum as it is not as easy as it was in the old forum to find posts you had made. I am going to admit I hate this forum; it is all over the place. 😞
