I got it as part of a bundle when I could finally do that. I think it was worth it. My main focus when I buy packs is BB and the world. I'm happy with what Lovestruck has, so it's worth it just for that for me.
I didn't think I'd use much of the gameplay, but I found that using the turn ons and turn offs really has come in handy (even if it's missing some things). I like the new interactions the pack added. I definitely didn't think I'd use Cupid's Corner and probably still won't often, but I did end up using it for a Sim and had fun with it.
My only complaint so far is attraction, which is buggy at the moment. The attraction between my Sims changes on a daily basis, (unknown, neutral, low, high) even though I didn't change anything about them or their behavior towards each other. We have the ability to turn off attraction towards other Sims who are not in the relationship, but not towards the Sims in the relationship. So we just have to put up with it until they fix it. It hasn't negatively impacted gameplay, it's just annoying.
