Make rulings help
My sim has to make rulings and I can not for the sim of me find out how to do it.

The game is broken. IMO it was shipped broken because there is no fidelity in the game. I did not really care about the missing pools or ghosts at launch. I just want marriages without cheaters. I know we shouldn't have to use mods to fix the mess but that's what I do. I don't do certain careers because they are buggy (the police career). Restaurants and vampires are broken also along with the repo man (oh maybe vamps got fixed). They just keep pushing out more content without fixing stuff they already have. If I discover something that is broken in the game I just avoid doing it again until I can find a mod. I am comfortable with cheating if I can but I shouldn't have to cheat. I read the patch notes and if they fix something I am happy!
