I try to use busy lots for club gatherings - and I add lot traits to places as well. Like the Disco in Windenberg is a teen hangout, university student hangout, and vampire nexus just to increase traffic in that area. Whether it's a dance club meeting to have fun or a vampire club showing up to cause chaos, it's a good time.
For a Fashionistas club, I think they'd need a Snob requirement - activities would include Try on Clothes, Be Mean, Drink Bar Drinks, Make Bar Drinks, Dance or whatever. Make sure the club you take them to has easy access to the closets and such. I haven't used the closets in a while so i have no idea what the result of Try on Clothes will be lol
