I want to enjoy playing my Sims 4, I use to. So I remembered back to the time that I did enjoy the game. One time was when I own a bakery. So I placed one of my best bakeries on a lot, then I found a family I wanted to own it. and Yes I plan to give it a Sim week. a trial. yup. :) Everything was perfect I open shop. In came the Sims. I was truly excited at the thought of enjoying the game again.What happened you ask? Famous people came in too, bringing in the paparazzi with them. Can I ask them to leave? nope, any other customer you can, but not these. What happened to my business? No, I did not give up, not until the next day when I was so happy to hire a new additional employee, and that person turns out to be famous, She came in with the paparazzi. the employee was Famous. I throw my hands up, I give up! any suggestions?

Vamps and celebrities are the worst one creates an annoying crowd on every lot they enter the other makes it so you cant switch lots when they are on them very intrusive features.

Celebrities are annoying because they are everywhere you go. Literally. You cannot go to a lot without a celebrity showing up and causing all hell to break loose. There’s fun ideas with fame, but they implemented it so badly that it’s not fun for very long.

Can we do that for townies, I do not think so. I have Fame off already in my options. I did turn that off for any that came into my shop. Sims keep right on drolling over them and paparazzi keep taking pictures. We can not stop that.
This seems like an overlooked oops.

I just tried to be a Vet again, even though no celebrities came in. Of course not, celebrities are all about themselves, so they do not come with pets unless we give them one. So if you want, we can still run our Vet hospitals. Just I do not want to be a Vet. I do like the Vet career just I am a bit tired of it at the moment.
I want to have the Bakery again, Also I like our restaurant ownership. But the Celebrities ruins that as well.

I wish someone could come up with an easy solution, that EA could do to make this problem go away. If they think it's to much work, they may just ignore the problem and hope for a mod.

I hope EA/Maxis take responsibility and come up with a sign or something we could put outside our business, or maybe sunglasses pop on celebrities faces so they become unknown in our businesses and restaurants.

Some Simmers do not use mods, so waiting for the mod would not be fair to everyone.

I don't mind vampires and in fact I kinda love it but celebs yeah. But you can cheat to get their level down to 1 star then the paparazzi will be gone, hopefully.

Celebrities are so annoying as is the paparazzi. I don’t know how anyone can say it’s an improvement over the sims 3. Least paparazzi in the sims 3 kept their distance. Famous sims didn’t turn up everywhere you went. It’s very unrealistic in the sims 4 that celebs are everywhere, no matter what lot you go to.

I would love a cheat to take away fame. I do have little faith in it working for long on the celebrities that came with Get Famous. The one I hired for the Bakery I never saw before.
I will try to find one. Sending out SOS signals to EA/Maxis for help,

I'm at that point where I'm going to cut off the celebrity system in my game. I only have a few but luckily they are elders now, however it's very annoying. I have a few sims that are in clubs and everytime they have a club outing a celebrity shows up and with that there are paparazzi and the horrible fans who are always fainting. I didn't delete the one superstar celebrity because she ended up marrying one of my sims but she's ruined all my club outings with her showing up and she's apart of one of the clubs one of my sims are in. She has 3 days left until she dies and I've never been more excited for a sim to die. It's just sad. Idk how this system is supposed to be better than the sims 3 because it's just as bad of not worse.
