March 14th, 2023 - EA App Login Issues
Anyone else having issues logging in to the app and then when it does log you in your library is completely empty? This just started happening to me today. Just played the game last night with no issues.

Yes - I know they don't like us to report broken things here, but at least we know that it's not just us, it's happening to everyone. Still, I sympathise that you took a day off, and can't get the download! (I can't even open the game, but not a big deal, since I'm trying to download while at lunch. At least, I didn't take a day off.) I hope they get it fixed soon, so that your day isn't entirely wasted!- @EA_Cade I logged out and in again and now my library is empty!!! What is going onnnnn :'(
- After several tries I was finally able to log into the app but no update showed up. I was able to log into my game but again no hint of infants update.
- Yey, this is great to hear! Was worried I would never see the adorable infants in-game! :)
- Having the same issues. I'm assuming it's because their servers are getting slammed with people trying to update asap.

Am I not able to play the game offline anymore without installing the patch? I always waited some days with installing the patch and played the game offline before on Origin, but now on the EA App this doesn't seem possible? Can you confirm that?- This is just so frustrating! Like seriously, why can't everything work like it did with Origin?
- Hey, idk if the patch came out yet, but with the EA app The Sims 4 and Sims Medieval are literally gone from my game library. I have no idea what to do. I signed out and resigned into the EA app and still nothing. Only The Sims 3 and Sims City are appearing, but I have all 4 of the games AND a lot of DLC for TS4.
Anyone else have this issue?
