March 14th, 2023 - EA App Login Issues

Still can't log in

May have to wait until this is fixed... if we are having all the problems with this.... What about the new pack coming out?

I'm not being given an option to play offline. Every time I try and open the EA App offline it tells me that it can't open.
When I connect to the internet and log in, it tells me that it is waiting and there is no option to play the game.

I can't completely confirm, but I certainly have no access to the game offline :s

I think it'll get better as more people finish their very long painful downloads...

Glad to know I'm not the only one having the problem. I got really irritated and nervous there for a minute.

I have no clue what this is: Now I could login and I see 2 of my games (Dragon Age 1+2) and not my many many other games, including The Sims 4. Getting frustrated.

Not everyone is having the issue. There are several that have updated and are playing. So not sure what's going on. I'm able to login but my Library is empty. If I try to restart the app, then it takes several attempts to login. & even if I'm able to get logged in & game is finally in my library, there's no update. I'm going to work but hoping this madness is fixed by the time I get home.

Good point, I don't think I should wait for it whole day either I'll just see about it the next day or so :sweat_smile:

Downloading the update now. Apparantly just exiting and trying again worked I guess.

Hi I've also had the same issue with my EA app trying to log in, I'm finally in but the update for infants etc is taking 12 hours!! :s
