Mermaid won't hydrate
This just happened after a couple of hours playing... when she became pregnant now that I think of it. I tried looking this up on the internet, but all that came up was Sims 3. My male mersim hydrates...

That happened to me too. Have you tried traveling off the lot? It went away for me when I got her hydration up and traveled.
Hi There :) I too am finding this issue with my mermaid; she's fine up until the moment I let her hydration slip, then after even though I get her fully re-hydrated, she still has the dehydrated buff. Yes, this cranky little buff does go away after travelling off the lot, which is thankful, but perhaps it might be time to mention this as a bug in EA Answers HQ, I am sure there will be others that will select 'Me Too'. I am currently playing with no mods in game.
